Hi, I’m Kayla — a lifelong animal lover and proud dog mum to an Australian Shepherd named Biggie. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with all kinds of animals, including my time with Australia Zoo and the RSPCA, but whenever anyone asks me what my favourite animal is, my answer has always been the same: dogs. They’re our best friends, our adventure buddies, and I want to take mine with me everywhere.

Before Biggie, I was mum to some incredible dogs — especially our Labrador, Dre. Dre had the biggest heart, and while he filled my life with love, I often wish I had taken him more places and given him more adventures while I had the chance. That wish is a big part of what drives me now: to make the most of every moment with Biggie and to create ways for other dog parents to do the same.

Biggie isn’t just my sidekick; he’s the inspiration behind everything I’ve created here. We love adventuring together, whether it’s a sunrise at the beach, a café breakfast, or hiking new trails. I also adore the creative outlet of capturing content with him and have been lucky enough to work with some incredible brands along the way.

But here’s the problem: no matter where we went, I could never find a bag that could keep up. I needed space for the dog essentials — treats, toys, and poo bags — but also my camera gear, gimbal, or selfie stick. I wanted everything not only secure and stylish but also easily accessible in the moments that matter most, because adventures with your dog don’t wait for you to dig through a messy bag.

And that’s how The Dogfluence was born. Our very first product, The Adventure Pouch, was designed to solve that exact problem. It’s made for dog parents who want to take their pup everywhere and still have everything they need right at their fingertips — from café to beach, from lunch to hike.
